RE: Editing points
Hi Sal,
actually I now have a Vista Professional (x32) machine and with version 1.21 it works for me. Does the "Test drag and drop" work from the second "Misc" tab work for you? -- Christian |

RE: Editing points
Hi Chris,
off topic: by whatever means it happens - I cannot read your reply to my posting in this thread. Nevertheless I found it by searching through all your recent posts. back to topic: pressing the "Test drag and drop" results in a message box saying "got a request from the map view on port 1050" when doing it on an xp machine. Pressing the button on my Vista Ultimate (x64) machine shows no reaction to that click at all. Sal |

RE: Editing points
On drag and drop works on the XP machine and not on the Vista Ultimate (x64) machine?

RE: Editing points
Some thoughts:
- Do you have some software installed on the Vista machine that is blocking network connections? Firewalls? - Does the x64 version block software that is not signed? There was some difference between x32 and x64, right? - Does the x32 emulation refuse to run the IeEmbed.exe that I copy into the users temp directory? -- Christian |
