Karte wird links nicht angezeigt
Hallo,
habe folgendes Problem: Nach Neuinstallation meines Systems habe ich keine Darstellung der Karte im linken Bereich mehr. Ich nutze Vista Home und hatte bisher keine Probleme mit Routeconverter. Mein Browser ist Opera. Java habe ich auch installiert. Gruß Thomas |

Allerdings ohne Erfolg. "maps.google.com" funktioniert im IE 7 problemlos. Normalerweise nutze ich aber Firefox. Nach dem Beenden von RouteConverter läuft der Prozess: "IeEmbed.exe" weiter und muss über den Task-Manager beendet werden. Auch ältere Versionen vom RouteConverter zeigen dieses Verhalten. Habt Ihr noch Ideen, was ich machen kann? Grüße Peter |

Hallo Peter,
und Du siehst keine Fehlermeldung? Daß IeEmbed.exe weiterläuft ist interessant - wird der Prozeß vielleicht von einer Firewall blockiert? Du könntest die .jar-Variante von RouteConverter herunterladen und die Ausgabe von "java -jar RouteConverter.jar" hier hineinschicken. -- Christian |

ich habe jetzt die Java Version geladen und getestet. Diese zeigt das gleiche Verhalten. Beim Start von RouteConverter>java -jar RouteConverter.jar erhalte ich folgende Meldung: Logging to c:\Temp\RouteConverter.log Can't connect to the native embedded browser. Die Karte ist plötzlich nicht mehr da, auch wenn ich eine ältere Version 1.22 aufmache, bei der ich sicher bin, dass es früher funktioniert hat. Ich vermute deshalb auch, dass es an einem vista update liegt. Gruß Rainer |

Genau das wollte ich vermeiden, denn ich habe die fehlende Karte nicht sofort gemerkt, sondern ein paar Wochen den routeconverter nicht benutzt. Zwischenzeitlich sind eine ganze Reihe Updates automatisch eingespielt worden. Aber das Problem sollten doch dann andere Vista-Nutzer die automatische Windows-Updates eingestellt haben auch bemerken?! Seltsam finde ich, dass ich mit anderen Programmen, die auch ein Kartenfenster, ähnlich wie routeconverter, zum Anzeigen der Tracks einblenden keine Probleme habe. Das sind z.B. SportTracks, prune und GeoSetter. Gruß Rainer |
