Garmin .gdb not recognised
On my Mac, i'm trying to convert a .gdb which is from Garmin software on a Windows PC. RouteConverter opens the file, then seems to try all sorts of formats, but ends up with an error "could not open 'bla' since its format was not detected"
 The file opens okay in Garmin's "RoadTrip" software for Mac. I'll see if I can convert it from there, but I thought I should report here. I'll put the .gdb file up for download here. |

As the file is read by the Windows version of RouteConverter, I guess that the embedded gpsbabel of the Mac version of RouteConverter does not work properly on your machine.
Can you extract it from the RouteConverterMac.jar and start it on the console? -- Christian |
