I created a route in google maps then added &output=kml to the end and saved the kml file but in routeconverter it says it can't open the file what is the prosses for doing this. I have a navigon 7100

that file is exactly 0 bytes long. I've seen this several times when I've added &output=kml to Google Maps URLs. But drag-and-dropping the URL into RouteConverter worked for me.

I have tried it through Firefox and internet Explorer i grab the url from firefox and drag it to routeconverter and it will not do it? What else can i try?
