Try the file you've made the screenshots from in Google Earth - there the speed data is visible.
Yes, open same .kml file (in attachment) with Google Earth is work, in Route Converter is n't work.

Perfect. That's the current state. btw, I didn't claim that it works in RouteConverter but in Google Earth.
