3.1 bundle for windows drops JRE folder in root of f:\ - sheepthief - 24.08.2024

I have tmp and temp environment variables set to f:\temp for user and system, so I guess routeconverter is attempting to drop the JRE folder into %temp% but is not correctly parsing the path.

I've gone back to 3.0 bundle, and that does drop the JRE folder in the correct place, ie F:\temp\jre-17.0.9

Apologies if this has already been raised - I couldn't see it via a quick search.

Same problem with 3.2, so again I'm going back to 3.0.
