Can't Open URL filetype - pamplone - 31.08.2009
I'm trying to use this program for the 1st time. I start with creating a route with googlemaps. Paste the link onto notepad; whenever I save the file with filetype as URL, windows thinks it is a shortcut. Running windows XP
How do I get around this problem? Thanks.

Click on "Link" and drag-and-drop the selected URL to the RouteConverter window.
And then you'll see the main problem with this approach: the Google Maps URL doesn't (anymore) contain coordinates for all positions. Try it with http://maps.google.de/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Frankfurt&daddr=Mainz&hl=de&geocode=&mra=ls&sll=49.995123,8.267426&sspn=0.39639,0.837021&g=Mainz&ie=UTF8&t=h&z=12 and you see what I mean. I didn't find yet to solve this problem - mainly since I'm now planning my routes inside RouteConverter.
