At least, it works and I'd expect it to work. Everything else, i.e. all the other files except the JAR, are just needed to let RouteConverter become a portable app.

So if I read your answer correctly I just have to replace/rename the .jar file to have the "most actual" (Prerelease) RC portable  app.
