RouteConverter lässt sich nicht mehr starten :( - Lothar123 - 26.04.2016
Hallo,
ich nutzte den RouteConverter schon für einige Routen bis er sich jetzt auf einmal aus für mich unerklärlichen Gründen nicht mehr starten lässt. Sofern ich auf die Verknüpfung klicke öffnet sich das Fenster des RouteConverters, der Inhalt ist jedoch weiß und der farbige Kreis hört nicht mehr auf sich zu drehen...
Ich habe ein MacBook Pro mit dem neusten El Capitan 10.11.4
und nutze die neuste Version des RouteConverters auf der homepage.
Weiß jemand Rat?

Die Karte kann nicht initialisiert werden... hattest Du vorher damit schon Probleme?

Also, abgestürzt ist es eigentlich nie soweit ich mich erinnere... Bei langen Routenplanungen hatte ich öfters den Sachverhalt, dass die Route auf der Karte nicht mehr vollständig angezeigt wurde. Dann beim Neustart trat das o.g. Szenario hin und wieder ein, dass der RouteConverter nicht mehr startete, sondern der weisse Inhalt inkl. dem farbigen Rädchen kam. Nach einem sofortigen Beenden des RouteConverters und erneutem Start ging es dann aber auch wieder. Jetzt funktioniert es allerdings überhaupt nicht mehr.

Am RouteConverter überhaupt nichts. Am System auch nichts nennenswertes. Normaler Betrieb, mal hier ein Programm installiert mal da ein Update. Sowas sollte aber keinen Einfluss auf den RouteConverter haben...
Die Offlinevariante lässt sich übrigens öffnen. Schade, dass ich mit dieser nicht arbeiten kann

hast du unter Menü Extras -> Optionen -> Tab Pfade und Dienste auch mal auf eine andere Kartenansicht umgeschaltet?
Hast du bereits die 2.18 Vorabversion ausprobiert? In der sind Probleme behoben, die bei der 2.17 naturgemäß noch auftauchen.

bei der PreReleaseVersion 2.18 selbiges Problem. Nur das der Inhalt des Fensters nicht weiß sondern grau ist.
Naja, der RouteConverter reagiert ja nach Start überhaupt nicht mehr. Von daher kann ich in den Einstellungen auch keine Änderungen vornehmen.

Wenn dabei irgendwas am Browser verändert wurde, könnte das eine Ursache sein.

ich wüsste nicht, was sich am safari geändert haben soll.
naja, sehr schade, wenn es keine Lösung für mein problem gibt. hatte den routeconverter sehr gern.
werde dann wohl gezwungenermaßen auf den motoplaner umsteigen müssen...
