unfortunately not. And now my Google map in RC looks really strange. See attached file.

That looks like the Mapnik map. Please select another map like Hiking in the map selector in the upper right corner and then switch back to the standard Google Maps map.

Switching back to the release version solved the map problem. But I still can't see the route on the map :-(.
