Add support for Bing maps (inc Satellite)

Bing has some newer and more detailed satellite images than Google.
By enabling Bing as a map source I'll be able to see new tracks and features that weren't present when Google's satellite picture was taken.

This would let me provide accurate recording of new tracks for Open Maps

Hi chis,

Bing requires its JavaScript API to be used. If not impossible it's a lot of effort to merge this with the Google Maps API related code. Are you willing to spend that time?

Sorry, no time to help at the moment (probably not the skills either). Pity Bing's that different.
