Hallo Christian,
mit der neueste Vorabversion ...63 vom 13.04.19 scheint wieder alles so zu funktionieren wie mit ...59, zumindest was ich bis jetzt auf die Schnelle getestet habe. Donload Seite ist wieder ok und geforderte Downloads funtionieren auch wieder.
Ich denke, Du hast zumindest dieses Problem gelöst.

ich habe gerade die aktuelle OpenSource Version heruntergeladen und bekomme (Firmennetzwerk) die gleichen Fehlermeldungen - vermutlich wg Proxy. Was benötigst du von mir, um es dir anschauen zu können?

D.h. lade das CheckProxy-Programm herunter, starte es in der Konsole und schicke mir das Ergebnis.

ich sehe dort 2 Proxies: mit dem 1. klappt der Donwload, mit dem 2. nicht
Aber ich sehe keinen Indikator, welcher Proxy der richtige ist außer proxy-loc-mo vs. proxy-loc-ut als URL Präfix.
Kannst Du mir einen Hinweis geben?
