Hi,

wenn ich die Datei mit einem Editor öffne, erscheint Kauderwelsch, kein Klartext. Also handelt es sich um ein binäres Format.

GPSBabel kennt ein DeLorme GPL (gpl) Format:

Deine Datei hat zumindest die gleiche Dateiendung, aber das muss noch nichts bedeuten.
