Feature Request [Floating Bar,Position List and more]

What I'm looking for is a "floating bar" which you can move around the screen freely and place it everywhere you want.
This bar should then contain all "buttons" which are on the right side of the screen (save/ delete /add /select duplicates).

3. Moving the position list to the buttom of the screen with a configurable amount of positions visable (instead of the whole list at once) to edit so there is more space for the map view. This way it's possible to view more positions at the same time without scrolling and zooming.

Both ideas sound reasonable but difficult (=time consuming) to implement. Can you help?
