Enable sections of tracks to be "nudged"

Hi chis,

two small buttons are below the zoom slider. One of them is the 'Turn on select mode' button.

Click the 'Turn on select mode' button, put the curser to the map, press left mouse button (LMB) and draw a rectangle while keeping LMB pressed. Release LMB and all points inside the rectangle are selected in the position list.

Now 'grab' one of the selected points and move it - all selected points will be moved.
