Actually, I extended RouteConverter a while ago to read V990 files which was reported in the forum.
Please send me some example V990 files that are not extended and I'll have a look at them. Send either to the mail mentioned in the FAQ or upload them in a ZIP to this thread.
Thanks a lot. Attached the original v990 file that I open failed. It seems the link you mentioned was discussed by French, it's too diffcult for me to read.
