Actually, the file contains some position where the satellites could not be fixed, like

297 ,G,130630,032828,23.644383N,113.650126E,14 ,0 ,0 ,

Currently, RouteConverter is very strict about these missing fixes. You can relax it by setting the Windows registry option

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\slash\navigation\simple]
"ignore/Invalid/Fix"="false"

Or try the latest prelease which I've just uploaded
