No, please make yourself familiar with Registry-Editing. Then add the following keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\slash\navigation\converter\gui\mapview​]
"route/Line/Color"="FF0000"
"route/Line/Width"="5"

Or paste

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\slash\navigation\converter\gui\mapview​]
"route/Line/Color"="FF0000"
"route/Line/Width"="5"

into a file name routecolors.reg and double click it.
