da ich gerade ne Stunde Zeit habe, konnte ich nochmals etwas rumspielen.
Die ausführlichen Fehlermeldungen von Eclipse bzgl. der pom.xml:

Das grüne Quadrat war gestern direkt nach der lokalen git Installation sichtbar.
Neues Problem: Nachdem ich heute versucht habe, java-Sourcebn zu öffnen, wurde mir jegliche Datei, die ich geöffnet hatte, angemeckert. Teilweise ergeben sich hundete Fehler pro Datei, meistens "Cannot resolve method" bzw. "Cannot resolve symbol".
Irgendwas ist da nicht koscher...
