Support of Sygic ITF format

No, it's a binary format and I had no documentation and weak demand for it.

Great, have a look at WintecWbt201Format and it's subclasses to see how binary formats are currently handled in Java.

Although you're interested in exporting into Sygic ITF it makes sense to implement reading, too, since it allows for easier testing.
