Figures will help, I think, instead of signs.
If you have :
Frame [width=720,height=584] and Screen [width=1440,height=900], it's OK, RC will start.
If you have :
Frame [width=1500,height=930] and Screen [width=1440,height=900], RC won't start.
If you have :
Frame [width=720,height=584] and Screen [width=1440,height=900], it's OK, RC will start.
