In 'Route' mode, the Length value is always correct and each position Distance value is always incorrect.
But, from the second position on you add to the Route, instead of taking the incorrect value for the Distance coming from Google Maps, you can take the Length value, which is correct.
Great, it just needs some clever programming and a lot of testing to solve it. Would you like to do it?
