Elevation data completion bug

Dear snowtracks,

I guess I found the bug: completed elevation and speed data wasn't converted to the statute or nautic unit systems.

I've just uploaded a new prerelease which should fix this bug. Please test and report!

Just gave the online edition a whirl and that seems to work fine, thank you.  That's saved me quite a lot of work as I had already done quite a lot of work on a number of tracks - filling in missing segments, removing superfluous points etc - so being able to just update the elevations instead of reworking the tracks all over again with the options set to metric was appreciated!
