There is no way. All online routing services are optimized for the best routing at the time of the request - and they go to extra lengths to include as much real time information as possible.

A case of technology triumphing over intelligence. I cannot be the only person who finds this sort of dumb development unacceptable.
It depends on the intended use. Both use cases are valuable. But it seems to be that google thinks real time usage is of more relevance than planning for another season.
