Mac OS X: Java 6 or 7?
#13
Hi, I'm posting here as I'm on a Mac & not quite sure what the issue is........ I'm using OS Sierra 10.12.6 & was using version 2.21 of route converter everything was working fine until 2 days ago & now the program will not load at all, the program loads onto a white screen then freezes every time.

I have not done any updates since it worked fine & have tried the last 3 versions of the software & get the same result in each case, the only thing I can think of is I have to over ride the OS as it says the program is from a unidentified developer.

I have tried clearing the java cache & using the webstart option as well as the downloadable version, but still no luck just " application not responding "

Thanks
