Mac OS X: Java 6 or 7?

Hi, I'm posting here as I'm on a Mac & not quite sure what the issue is........ I'm using OS Sierra 10.12.6 & was using version 2.21 of route converter everything was working fine until 2 days ago & now the program will not load at all, the program loads onto a white screen then freezes every time.

That sounds strange. Typically these problems are related to changes somewhere.

Did you try the Windows sequence? Retry, Reboot, Reinstall

Yep I have tried deleting the program, restart & re-install........ same out come " program not responding"
