Menu Items missing in macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I investigated a bit and if you change (in RouteConverter.cfg)

jvmarg.2=-Dapple.laf.useScreenMenuBar=true

to false, then it works that way (menus in window)

Also found several differences between plist from both versions.

The Offline Edition used an older way of .app packaging.

Now both editions use the same style and I've implemented a workaround for the Online Edition. Please download the latest prerelease and report!
