Map shift in some area

I found there are a shift between the maps in some area such as Taiwan, Japan.
Here is an sample gpx file that shows the shift.

You can find this issue by loading the sample file, and then switch between 'Map' and 'OpenStreetMap.'



Any idea?

I did a verification by adding a point on the map in RouteConverter, and switch to OpenCycleMap, there is a shift.
Then I check that point on Google map on the browser, the location on the google map is same as its location on OpenCycleMap.
I think that means that RouteConverter makes a shift when displaying google map in it.
Is it possible anyway to fix it?

After checking more options in RouteConverter, I found there is an option can correct it.
Go options -> map -> fix map for China -> No
Then all maps are match.
