Hi there.
Since version 2.20 time completion feature became broken.
Simple example:
We have the track with 100 points. The first and the last points have their time set to some value and the others are not. So let's select all the points and go "Complete->Time". On all the versions until 2.20 this complete the time for all other points. But in 2.20 and higher it does not.
