Java 10 problem

That looks strange. Maybe the Webbrowser component in Java 10 is a lot different from that in Java 8. Or not supported by Google.

  • It keeps opening with the map pane minimized. It doesn't remember my preferences
  • It does not zoom in on the area when I open a .gpx
  • On a low zoom level the fragments of the track come together, but it is 2-3 km's out of position.

Two users reported similar problems but I cannot reproduce them. Sounds weird.

No, frankly I don't get the concept of having two minor versions published at the same time that Oracle practices with Java 8.
