OffLine edition - Not calculating route

After the recent Google requirements of an API key I have decided to use the Offline Version.

Setup - Win 7, Java 1.8 151 ( latest version of Java tried as well). Latest Prerelease RouteConverterOffline version.

Offline edition displays a straight red line from one waypoint to the next, exactly the same as a track. 

That means the routing engine doesn't deliver a route.

Christian - anything else I should try?

I've uploaded a new prerelease with enhanced debugging output. Could you try it and the send me the log via Help/Send Error Report...?
