Not reading GPX files

Update on the trouble shooting steps requested by Christian
1.) I downloaded the bundle - no change - still not loading gpx properly.  Not mentioned before but every time I get the following java error as RouteConverter loads

That is solved with the latest 2.31.2 or the latest prerelease.

2.) Deleted the third party folder - Success!  At least it appears so for now.  The gpx loads properly and appears to write an fpl file! 

Then something with GPSBabel went wrong on your machine. Strange.

I will report back the results of loading into the aircraft Garmin.

Since FPL is pure Java, I wouldn't expect any problems related to GPSBabel.
