No, as you can read in the tiles, the tile server is not maintained anymore. And so far nobody is stepping in, so the map is useless in RouteConverter.
I tested on two computers. A computer with an older version of software installed and running two years ago. The problem appeared in at the time and it has persisted ever since. I installed the latest software yesterday and the problem persists. The other computer was a new virtual machine I built, with a clean OS. Then I copied the software into it and ran it. The software runs fine in this virtual machine without errors. All kinds of maps can be displayed normally. Below are screenshots of the software running on different computers.

by the way, Can you add a proxy function to the software? just like dopbox. I think it's very useful. Because there are still some very unfree countries in the world......
