Open the offline map at a defined point

He, in my Win10  with Windows (bundled with Java) is not present HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\slash\navigation\mapview.

So I don't know how to define the point where RouteCoverter centers the offline map on opening
on Win10 and on Linux Mint.
