Bei Idea sagt man halt: File/Open Project und wählt das Root POM aus. Fertig.

Sooo einfach war es nun wieder auch nicht. Er wollte noch routeconverterWindows in dem Classpath haben, damit er alle Abhängikeiten finden konnte.
