pre-releases have stopped working..

The cmd windows says
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.SecurityException: no manifiest section for
signature file entry com/sun/java/help/impl/TagProperties.class

I'm on holiday now and I'm using a Vista home premium laptop.
Status is:

The May 1 1.33 release works and shows the map. On my XP SP3 home desktop machine the map would not display. However I found a new bug in 1.33 when zooming the map. I have opened a seperate thread about this.

The new pre-release fails to start with a java vm error. I have attached a screenshot.
