'Add populated place' uses this webservice http://www.geonames.org/export/web-servi...findNearby which does not support Arabic.

'Add postal address' uses a Google Webservice which supports Arabic.

3- There are formulas does not support Arabic ( *csv *gpx ) ((this has been his experience)

That is true. The Route 66 POI format is not UTF8-capable. Do you want to export the data to Excel via CSV?
