linux and osx routeconverter don't write oziexplorer files

The title mentions linux and osx as I can't test the windows version currently.

On Windows, this works - at least the test suites are green. But I cannot test Mac OS X and I'm currently not testing on Linux.

I tried to convert tracks and routes in kml format to OziExplorer .plt and .rte files. I tried the 1.33 and the latest prereleases but all write 0 byte files when trying to write the mentioned file formats. Other file formats like .gpx and .kml work.

The OziExplorer formats are gpsbabel-based - I guess, it's not working on your platform.
