RouteConverter and Mac OS X

I can imagine that this is really tricky. After all, it functions on Linux and on windows, and on OSX you get this behavior: strange.

Ok, I've spent three hours to implement a workaround that should work on Linux and Mac OS X: each callback from the browser is given a unique id and callbacks with the same id are processed only once.

Maybe this is the trick? Please test the latest prerelease, both on Linux and Mac OS X.
