RouteConverter and Mac OS X

Ok, I've spent three hours to implement a workaround that should work on Linux and Mac OS X: each callback from the browser is given a unique id and callbacks with the same id are processed only once.

Maybe this is the trick? Please test the latest prerelease, both on Linux and Mac OS X.

It does work! Both on linux and on OSX!
Inserting points works OK, saving the file and reopening works OK, adding another point on the map and move it up or down in the position list works OK.

Thank you very much for all your efforts. I'm glad they are successful. Nothing so frustrating as spending many hours without gaining the desired result.

I will do some more extensive tests tomorrow evening. We've got family around today.
