Wurde schon mal darüber nachgedacht, die Anwendung auch als Java-Bibliothek anzubieten? Das wäre Ideal, um das in JOSM einzubauen, damit man die Konvertierung nicht machen muss, sondern direkt in JOSM den Track laden und direkt für OpenStreetmap bearbeiten könnte.
