Print Route and Map

I have a route I will be taking from Toronto, Ontario to Houston, Texas and I tried to print out the route and map using RouteConverter's print function. However the 122 page printout has the start of the trip on page 32, as it does NOT start at the first point in the route and end at the last point in the route.

For the future, it's essential to give me a very, very precise list of the steps needed to reproduce the problem. One list for each problem, as simple as possible since I'm getting easily confused.
