Karten downladen für Offline Betrieb

Besteht die Möglichkeit die Karten für eine Tagestour ca. 60 bis 80 km Länge vorab in einen Speicher zu laden, um auch im Offline-Betrieb mit RouteConverter zu arbeiten?

Nein, das widerspricht m.E. den Google Maps Terms of Service:

No Access to Maps API(s) except through the Service. You must not access or use the Maps API(s) or any Content through any technology or means other than those provided in the Service, or through other explicitly authorized means Google may designate. For example, you must not access map tiles or imagery through interfaces or channels (including undocumented Google interfaces) other than the Maps API(s).

und

No Reverse Engineering. You must not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by applicable law.

Ich las davon, dass es Apps von Smartphones gibt, die diese Eigenschaft schon haben.

Wenn diese Apps im Rahmen der Terms of Service bleiben würde mich interessieren, wie die das implementiert haben.
