Now that I have that figured out (thank you!) any chance the Date/Time can be added to the "Description" field for each waypoint in the KMZ file?

Instead of this you need to copy the data of the colums 'Date' and 'Time' into the column 'Vox' (preferably merging the cells before copying them).
