Keyboard activation of Zoom Mode and Select Mode

Hi,

keyboard activation is possible by using 'z' and 's' for Zoom and Select, respectively.

• start RouteConverter
  
• click somwhere in the map to ensure that the map has the 'focus'
  
• press 'z' and keep it pressed -> the screen gets darker
  
• locate the mouse curser at one corner of a rectangle
  
• press the left mouse button, keep it pressed and move the mouse
  
• a white rectangle appears while moving -> this is the active area
  
• the zoom operation is performed if either key 'z' or mouse buttom are released
  

Same with the 's' key. This will activate all points within the marked area.
