I could reproduce it: there are Garmin RoutePointExtensions in the GPX file, which RouteConverter reads and transforms into tracks. But it keeps them at the original position in the file to not destroy them.
Why do you want to delete the RoutePointExtensions? Just because they're displayed as tracks in RouteConverter?
