Print Route and Map

Hi Robert,

the latest prerelease contains some fixes to printing. Now the route name and all the routing directions are printed. Please test and report.

Downloaded the prerelease today and then loaded the same to-from houston GPX file into it. Then selected Route instead of track. Clicked on Print and an hour later was still waiting for something to happen. I've attached the GPX file so that you too can try it. There are all of 85 positions in the Route.

The route is WRONG as one goes from position 1 to position 2, as it does NOT take the best or shortest or fasted route approaching the Blue Water Bridge and Sarnia, but instead goes way off the correct roads, but that is a separate issue.

Here, it took about 15-20 seconds and then PDFCreator came up and produced 29 pages.
