Does anyone know how to read or convert the map files for Route 66 or TomTom? I would really like to be able to change the data in the prm files of Route 66. Any help, tips, or clues gratefully accepted.

Actually I have already spent many hours on Google. I was hoping someone here may be more knowledgable.
