[bug] 2.12 Can not delete positions in "delete duplicate positions" dialog

When you select a number of positions in the "delete duplicate positions" dialog, the buttons "delete section" and remove selection" remain grayed out and can not be used. See attached screenshot of the dialog.

Tested on Windows 7 with Java 1.7.0_51-b13.

Thank you very much for reporting this bug. Actually it required to open, close and open the dialog again.

Please check the latest prerelease I've just uploaded if it fixes the problem on your side.
