can I open two tracks at the same time?

Often we need to compare two tracks, but seems there is no this feature.

I've heard this requirement a lot of times and so far, the amount of work and the limits of the Google Maps API within the Internet Explorer made it quite impossible to implement it. But I'm getting closer, slowly but step by step: with the new offline version, it might become possible to render more than one track with lots of waypoints within the same map. Stay tuned or think about helping me implement it.

Do you mean the new offline version is able to load two tracks? Smile

Just out of curiousity, for which reasons do you need to compare tracks?

I have some reasons:
1. When I plan to a new place, I need prepare the route. So I need compare some tracks of that place for reference.
2. After a hiking with a team, different member had different routes, I want to compare them.

This would be great for me too, hope you can overcome the coding hurdles :-)
